You can download an RA Request form here. Complete the form, fax it to 770-794-1054, and you will be e-mailed the RA# within 24 hours. Write the RA# on the outside of the box, as returns without an RA# will be refused. If the returned item(s) are in stock they will be replaced or credited to your account at our discretion. If not in stock, we will contact the dealer to see if credit or service is the better choice. If item is replaced, it will be returned to you prepaid. If credit is given, that credit will be applied towards your account and will be deducted from your next purchase. Any items deemed by the manufacturer to be out of warranty will be charged back to the customer’s account. |
